We ship across the UK and worldwide using reliable, trackable services. Every order is wrapped by hand to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully presented.

  • Europe: 5–10 business days

  • International: 7–14 business days

 


Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons or customs delays.

 


 

 

5. Shipping Rates

 


Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Final rates are shown before you confirm payment. Orders over £250 ship free within the UK.

 


 

 

6. Local Pickup (London)

 


Select “Local Pickup” at checkout to collect free of charge from Studio Pottery London. We’ll email you within 24 hours to arrange a collection time.

 


 

 

7. International Duties & Taxes

 


International customers are responsible for any import duties, VAT, or brokerage fees charged by their country. We cannot mark shipments as “gift” or undervalue items.

 


 

 

8. Packaging & Sustainability

 


We use recyclable cardboard boxes, paper tape, and biodegradable packing peanuts. Please reuse or recycle where possible.

 


 

 

9. Address Issues & Undeliverable Parcels

 


Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot reroute parcels once shipped. Undeliverable parcels returned to us can be resent; reshipping charges may apply.

 


 

 

10. Lost or Damaged Parcels

 


If tracking shows a parcel is lost, or if your order arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours at jasminesamuels@gmail.com. with photos and your order number. We will file a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund.
