This website is operated by Jasmine Samuels Ceramics (“we”, “our”, “us”). Our studio is located at 29 Eccleston Pl, London SW1W 9NF, United Kingdom. Throughout these Terms & Conditions, “you” and “your” refer to the customer.


 

2. Eligibility & Agreement

 


By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the site.


 

3. Products

 


All items are wheel-thrown and hand-carved porcelain pieces. Because each piece is handmade, subtle variations in form, carving, and glaze are expected—making every item truly one-of-a-kind.


 

4. Pricing & Payment

 


Prices are listed in GBP (£) and include UK VAT where applicable.

We accept:

 

  • Visa, Mastercard, American Express

  • Apple Pay & Google Pay

  • Shop Pay

 


All transactions are encrypted; we never store full card data.


 

5. Ordering & Contract Formation

 


After you place an order, you will receive an order-confirmation email. A binding contract is formed when we dispatch your goods and send you a shipping-confirmation email.


 

6. Shipping

 


Ready-to-ship: dispatched within 3–5 business days.

Made-to-order: please allow up to 4 weeks for creation.

Carriers: Royal Mail, DPD, UPS or DHL.

Tracking details are emailed once your order leaves the studio.


Estimated delivery times

 

  • UK — 2-5 business days

  • Europe — 5-10 business days

  • International — 7-14 business days

 


International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees.


 

7. Local Pickup

 


Free pickup is available from Studio Pottery London. Choose “Local Pickup” at checkout and we will arrange a collection time.


 

8. Returns & Refunds

 


Due to the handmade nature of our work, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your piece arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos; we will send a replacement (or a refund if no replacement is available).


 

9. Intellectual Property

 


All images, text, and designs on this site are the property of Jasmine Samuels Ceramics. No content may be reproduced without prior written consent.


 

10. Liability

 


We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.


 

11. Governing Law

 


These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
